Need a Temporary Foster Home for Our 2 small Dogs

We are forced to move from Manassas Park, VA to Millsboro Delaware because of our landlords zoning mistake. We are a low income family with a special needs son and when we found out we had to move abruptly we knew there would be trouble. We were just innocently renting for a year and four months when we found out that our landlord was in big time trouble with the city for the aprtment she built within her house. Apparently there is a weird zoning law that says that you can’t build a apartment within your single family house in the City of Manassas Park, VA. Once our landlord found out she started stealing our mail, harassing us and cutting off utitlies. Only one of us is currently employeed, and because our crazy landlord had our car towed out of our parking spot at her house (before our scheduled move out date this friday) she had to call out of work. Resulting in her getting suspended without pay to make our money suitation worse.  When she returned to work she found out that her hours had been cut from 35 a week to 15.  Housing locally here is like $1,000 a month now and we were only paying $700 where we were living. We struggled to pay that $700 a month but did, our landlord has also refused to give us our $700 security depoist back too. To make a long story short we have a friend in Millsboro who is willing to take us in for a month or so as we try to find new jobs, a new home and rebuild our lives. However she can’t have pets in the complex where she lives. We have a 3 year old 10lb pomerian female named Harley. Shes great with kids and other dogs & cats. We also have a 5 month old Husky/Min Pincher Mix (hes pretty small he is just slightly bigger then Harley currently). His name is Phantom. He is currently being crate trained. Harley & Phantom share the came crate. But we do also have seprate crates for them if need be. They need to be tied up if outside or on leash they are not the kind of dog that you can let run loose on your property because they are not the smartest to run back ha. We will provide leashes to walk them, food, food bowls, crates, treats and tie outs. If they need vet care we will take care of it. We need somone willing to donate about a month to help us out as we rebuild from this landlord nightmare we were in. We have no savings and we were not supossed to have to move until this summer. We were going to start to plan on saving in about two months. But with this hitting us very unexpectly and only a few more days to be able to legally be here we just have no choice. We are so worried about our dogs and my 9 year old with aspergers would fall apart with any more change going on. Harley and Phantom are his life and he is loosing his friends and school with this move please offer help to us.

Need foster home for two dogs in Bradenton, FL.

We have two dogs a Weimaraner and a Boxer who need homes for about a month, maybe more. We are having to move from our home but won’t have a place to live for about a month. We are going to stay with relatives during that time, but the dogs can’t stay there. We desperately need someone to foster both of them together, or separately. They are both loving, gentle dogs who like a lot of attention and who are used to being able to go in and out of the house. They are not destructive and are good with kids. If we cannot find foster care we will have to give them up, which we DO NOT WANT TO DO. Please contact us at albinorhino92@hotmail.com if you are able to help or have suggestions. Thank you very much.

Re-homing for my cats

I lost my home in December 2011 and have been trying to find homes for most of my cats because I wound up with too many for a rental situation (short version of long story: I made friends with a feral mother cat…). I’m in Los Angeles County and can deliver the cats to a new situation, although later in the evening would be better than during the day, due to a suspicious landlord at the place I’m renting a room.

Please check http://sydshouseofcats.wordpress.com/2011/12/27/good-homes-please/for photos and short bios of the cats I need to re-home. I’d like to say it’s a long-term foster situation, but since I have no idea when I’ll be able to afford to rent a house where I might be able to get away with so many critters, re-homing is the best option right now. Of course, I’d love to be able visit them in their new homes… :)
