Hi, I would like to help someone who is in foeclosure by adopting or fostering an older dog. I have a very small apartment, but I have a fenced-in backyard and will walk the dog 1-2 hours/day with my current dog. The dog I would like to foster or adopt would ideally be:
-older OR low-energy but still likes walks (because of my small apartment)
-gets along with other dogs
-is friendly to people
-is child friendly
-has no major medical problems
-is completely potty trained to go outside
-doesn’t have chewing or digging problems
I currently have a 13-year-old husky/pointer mix who sleeps all day but loves 1-2 hours of walks a day. He gets along great with every dog he has met and lived with so far. His friend, my other dog, passed away recently and I am looking for a new friend for us.
